Welcome
Hi, I am Ann, a self proclaimed dish hoarder. I have a penchant for anything plaid, polka dot, or paisley. I love mixing patterns and colors. This has evolved into paper projects as well. I created this page as a way to share my inspiration and ideas with others! I find myself starting a new chapter in life at 65!! I am so grateful to the support of my children and my friends who have been by my side. I look forward to many more years of creative endeavors and hope to share more with you in the future! Thanks for stopping by :)

Ann, I so look forward to see how you style your table for the seasons or holiday and what little favors you have stamped up to include. Love your layering of placemats to accent your dishes and add color and texture! Those ducks are darling...we hear honking and splashing outside our windows regularly. As always it’s a treat to join you at the table and blog hop with you. Happy March. ♥
ReplyDeleteAnn, you may have snow on the ground but your table is singing it is spring. The pairing of yellow and gray is just beautiful. I always love your mix of patterns and colors. The yellow plaid rimmed plates are stunning for spring or summer. The favor boxes are too cute. It is always a pleasure to join you for blog hopping and to sit at one of your lovely tables. Happy March!
ReplyDeleteSo cute, we both have watering can napkin rings! Love the little nests on your plates. We sometimes have snow in April too, wishing for warmer days too.

Your table is so pretty for Spring, I'd never know there is snow on the ground around this home. Here in middle Georgia, our Winter has been mild with copious amounts of rain. Seems we are all looking forward to Spring weather.
ReplyDeleteI love your colors. They really give me the Spring feels. Those napkin rings are too cute and your favor boxes are precious. I would like to sit at this table, sip tea and stare out the window day dreaming. Happy Spring!
Ann, what an adorable and sunny table! I think the weather in my neck of the woods is about the same as yours --- grey. But you used grey to great effect by pairing it with yellow. I always love how you mix and match patterns, prints and textures.
ReplyDeleteYour sunny yellow accents are so cheerful. Watering cans and bird nests spell spring to me and yours are so cute. I love your yellow crocus centerpiece. That table cloth will be used often I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteI knew you would have a favor box. Your guests are always in for a treat.
Nice to blog hop again with you.
This is so bright and cheerfull! I love the bright yellow accents which can brighten up the spirit! The yellow looks great next to the gray. Love the crocus and am curious how you made them! Our weather is the same so I know what you are talking about. I do hope we'll have an early spring though!
ReplyDeleteAnn, your table is both cheerful and beautiful! The yellow tulips are so pretty, and those sweet duck are adorable! Happy March!!!
ReplyDeleteAnn, I know it'll always be a fun visit coming to your table, and your blues & yellows bring a smile to my face. Love the watering can napkins rings and the little ducks with their paper rain hats on. It truly is a welcome sight to see birds nesting and duck waddling in the neighborhood, and I'm sure even more so for you being a little further north. The anticipation is almost as good as the actual presence of it all. Your table is cross between the two. Cute little favor boxes, and a great idea to gift springtime bulbs!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of my favorite color combos and it always makes me smile. The little ducks with the hats on are just too darn cute.Your setting is beautiful and the placemat/charger combo is right on point. Happy Spring and it's a pleasure to join you again.
ReplyDeleteYour table is pure sunshine! I love the napkin ring and the cute ducks with the hats. So adorable! I also love the added texture of the nests. So pretty! Happy March!

ReplyDeleteYikes. I'm not sure what happened to the comment I was typing. I was just saying this tablescape is absolutely adorable, Ann! I love the yellow and grey color scheme. It really works well together for contrast. I can't get over how precious those ducks are, too! We saw a few flying around our house the other day, which is unusual in my neck of the woods. Such a sweet tablescape for spring!
