Welcome
Hi, I am Ann, a self proclaimed dish hoarder. I have a penchant for anything plaid, polka dot, or paisley. I love mixing patterns and colors. This has evolved into paper projects as well. I created this page as a way to share my inspiration and ideas with others! I find myself starting a new chapter in life at 65!! I am so grateful to the support of my children and my friends who have been by my side. I look forward to many more years of creative endeavors and hope to share more with you in the future! Thanks for stopping by :)

hi Ann, your tables are always my favorite stops, and this doggie sweater dishware has won my heart, so adorable, as is your Lucy!! I love the mum and the cornucopia spilling apples out onto the blue checked cloth. Love the rustic place mats and napkins tied with a bow. And of course your special touch with your doggie Stampin Up creations, so over the top cute!! Thanks for the fall smiles today!

ReplyDeleteOh Ann...How adorable! Lola and Sophie gave your table 4 paws up! I love the pairing of blue and white check and your plate stack with the orange framing those adorable plates. Those doggy favors with the wheelbarrows are too doggone cute too!! Lucy is the perfect model wearing her bow. Picture taking at our house involves lots (and lots!) of treats. :) I’m with her, I’m ready for cool weather too! Congratulations on the new addition to your family and grandson! Ann, your dog plates are adorable! I did't see those at our Hobby Lobby! I love your tablescape with cute colors for fall and apples spilling out onto the table. The repetition of rattan in the baskets and your glasses is very fallish. Love your napkin style with the ribbon holder.Your stampin up little wheelbarrows with the cute dogs are the cutest.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you got to see your little Quinn.Congratulations.
Those are the cutest plates and your Lucy looks so patient too. My dog is a Lucy also. I don't have a hobby lobby near me but I will be on the lookout for those plates. I'm glad that you joined the hop. I think the plates were a hit.
ReplyDeleteAnn, first of all, congratulations to your family on the addition of Quinn (love his name!). I know it had to be scary for your daughter to birth him during the pandemic.
ReplyDeleteThose plates are truly adorable! Even being able to go to HL, I'm surprised they actually had the stock for you (they sell out so quickly!). Those pups have really cute faces and fall gear, and the way you've paired them with your table linens really gives off a fall vibe of outdoor apple-picking, leaf-tossing fun. Lucy cracks me up with that look she's giving you....you do know she's stealing the show, right?? Your stamping up place cards are adorable too. You always do such a great job of finishing off your table with small details, and this one's consistently well done. Happy September, and enjoy your grandson!
Oh Ann those plates are so cute! I bet little Quinn will love them someday! Congratulations on your new addition!
ReplyDeleteI'm right there with you about going shopping these days - I get in and out as quickly as possible, while still trying to grab the best stuff! :) So nice to meet a new fellow tablescaper!
Doggies in sweaters, yes!! Lucy looks like she has made up her mind not to budge and she is adorable. I love the mum centerpiece and all the fall touches you've added. I'm slowly venturing to places other than the grocery store, but I'm still a bit hesitant. This table is so light hearted and fun, thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHi Ann, Your work always brings me such smiles since your tablescapes have elements of playfulness and whimsy to them. I enjoyed this Fall tablescape so much because of your use of the doggie plates that are sweet and comical. Your use of your doggie favor, plaid, apples in bushel baskets and burlap are so endearing. Your striped napkin bows and blue trimmed napkins spell contrasting lovable charm. It is a tablescape from an adorable child's storybook. It is always a pleasure to blog hop with you. All the best......
ReplyDeleteLove the dog plates, but Lucy really could look a little more excited to be part of your blog :) Also, like the glasses - very unique!
