Welcome to September's addition of Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop!
The theme of this month's blog hop is Lifetime Celebrations!!
I am Ann Krucek, from Malvern, Ohio and am happy to be hopping with this talented group of card enthusiasts!
Today I am sharing a card celebrating my second grandson's first birthday!! This little guy is a curious one who loves animals, the outdoors and never sits still.
Not only does it celebrate his birthday but the joy he brings the whole family!!
My card base is Balmy Blue Cardstock. The mat layer is Soft Suede Cardstock that I ran through the Timber 3D Embossing Folder to give it some texture.
I used the adorable bear from the Count on Me stamp set and colored with my Stampin' Blends and fussy cut him out. He needed some woods to play in, so I used the Inspiring Canopy Dies with Garden Green and Shaded Spruce Cardstock for his forest of trees.
I used my Balmy Blue ink and my Blending brush to make the sky background. The sentiment is from A Grand Kid stamp set and cut out with a die from the Ornate Frames Set.
What a fun way to celebrate such a wonderful gift to our family!
Now, I hope you are ready to see some more inspiration for many different celebrations!
Next up in the hop is the talented Shel Anderson!!
