Rainbow of Happiness Sale a-bration Special!

Who doesn't like a good sale?!!

Stampin' Up!'s SALE a-bration starts on January 4th!

Over the next two weeks I will be sharing some ideas for the free items with purchase from the Stampin' Up! SALE a-bration catalog.

This first one is is the Sunshine & Rainbow 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper! I have made a fun card that is sure to make anyone happy!

The Sunshine & Rainbows 6"x6" pack of DSP is full of colorful combinations of stripes, polka dots, rainbows and much more. These are perfect to make some cheerful cards. There are 48 sheets - 4 each of 12 double sided designs in this pack - that you can get free with any $50 purchase.

  • The base of the card is 11" x 4 1/4", scored at 5 1/5" - then I cut 1 1/2" off the front flap
  • DSP for front of card measures 3 3/4" X 4"
  • DSP for inside of card measures 2" X 4"
  • I put Basic White on the inside - 3 1/2" X 4"
  • The top square of the card was made with the Layering Squares Dies -first a cardstock scalloped square - then the basic DSP square.  Just remember not to put adhesive on the backside of the square that is going to hang over the edge of the card base!!
  • I fussy cut this rainbow out of the DSP
  • Using the coordinating Brilliant Rainbow Dies - I cut some clouds out of Basic White and applied with Dimensionals
  • I stamped the saying from the Rainbow of Happiness Stamp set and cut the ends as a banner and applied with Dimensionals

You save 10% by purchasing the Rainbow of Happiness stamp and the Brilliant Rainbow Dies as a Bundle for $44.00.  If you purchase this bundle and a pack of cardstock - you can choose this pack of DSP for free starting on January 4th!

So start your wish list now!!  I will be posting links the new catalogs on January 4th when they go live.

In the past few years my interests have grown from fabric to paper and now to dishes too! I just love prints, polkadots, plaids and paisleys- hence the blog name.
