Welcome
Hi, I am Ann, a self proclaimed dish hoarder. I have a penchant for anything plaid, polka dot, or paisley. I love mixing patterns and colors. This has evolved into paper projects as well. I created this page as a way to share my inspiration and ideas with others! I find myself starting a new chapter in life at 65!! I am so grateful to the support of my children and my friends who have been by my side. I look forward to many more years of creative endeavors and hope to share more with you in the future! Thanks for stopping by :)

Good Morning Ann! What a delightful spread of goodies and edible centerpiece on your Valentine table! So smart to repurpose a spa board…just the right size for your table and you still have the option of sipping and reading while soaking in your tub. 😉 Those gummy lips crack me up and I’ll be dreaming of those beautiful embossed chocolate hearts all day. Your heart plates are so festive and perfectly paired (naturally!) with your adorable Stampin' Up treat bags. As always, it’s a treat to join you at the table and hop with you. Wishing you a Happy Valentine’s Day ♥
ReplyDeleteAnn, what a tasty spread and I love your pretty heart plates! Pinning!
ReplyDeleteAnn I love your "charcuterie board" and who cares if it is a spa board as it is full of truly delectable treats that I want to gobble up at your table. What a find on the heart plates...I always feel like I have really scored when I find novelty plates although I have long since run out of room.:(. The sign above your fireplace is perfect as I find myself always looking beyond your table to see what inspiration you have lurking in the background,.) Happy Valentines day to you and yours. I hope to be joining the group as soon as my IT issues are resolved. I love participating in these hops
ReplyDeleteLove your heart plates! World Market has always been a favorite place to shop for tabletop things! Pretty table and amazing charcuterie platter!
ReplyDeleteI love your Valentine treat charcuterie tray, Ann! Even if it was a tub tray in a former life, I do believe even the tray is happier serving sweets for this occasion😉. Those heart plates are too cute, and a closeup shows they are three dimensional with the design. Your Stampin' Up takeaways are darling, and you consistently make adorable little gifts for guests this way. I really love the textiles - the placemats, napkins and runner - you used. I'm so happy you joined our hop with your creative tablescape for Valentine's Day, Ann - thank you!❣️
ReplyDeleteA Valentine treat buffet! What a cute idea, and I love the way you arranged the goodies! Your heart plates are so cute, as are your signature party favor Stampin Up boxes. I love the framed "enjoy" over your mantel. Such a happy table, fun stuff Ann!

You had me at charcuterie! LOVE this! The heart plates paired with the striped napkins are cute! I am envious of your pink glasses. I need some like them because they are the color of my kitchen island. ;P
ReplyDeleteWe have Cheese Plate Friday Night almost every week, and I think a Valentine's Day theme is such a cute idea that I might need to borrow it.

Ann, your table is lovely. What a great idea using the spa board for charcuterie. Dual purpose. The pink glasses are so pretty. The heart plates are darling with the striped napkins. Your board is filled with delicious treats. I love the gummy lips. Always a pleasure joining you.
ReplyDeleteAnn, I am crazy for a charcuterie board filled with sweets and a bit of salty. This is a wonderful and creative use for a spa board. Your cute heart plates are so perfect for Valentine’s. I love the “Enjoy” sign over the mantel. And yes, I would definitely enjoy sitting at your table ♥️
ReplyDeleteOh, those sweets make my mouth water - I wish I was sitting here so I could have a taste of everything!!! Your heart plates are really cute and make such a statement! Well done! Enjoy Valentines Day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to incorporate a charcuterie board for your centerpiece. How neat to combine sweet and salty. Your heart plates, table runner, stripe napkins, and place mats looks so well together. I miss World Market so much. They closed the store nearest me. I always came away with neat things from there.
ReplyDeleteI'm pinning your table and tucking away your sweets charcuterie idea.
It is always nice to blog hop with you.
Ann, lovely idea using the charcuterie idea. I especially liked the contrast between the heart plates and the striped napkins. The combination worked really well. Hope you have a great Valentine's Day. Lovely to hop with you.

ReplyDeleteHi Ann, I have such a craving for sweet treats when viewing your {spa) board filled with such yummy desserts. It makes a perfect centerpiece on this special day. The striped napkins contrasts beautifully with your heart print dessert plates. And your goodie boxes are darling for guests to take home. I was taken in by your lovely heart detailed table runner that works so perfectly with your heart plates. So sweet (in both ways!) Happy Valentine's Day!
